PHIL & HENRIK INSPIRE AND SO WILL THIS BOOT

Phil Casabon (B-Dog) and Henrik Harlaut (E-Dollo) are arguably today’s most influential 2 man newschool ski crew. They specialize in applying unmatched style and creativity to everything they touch, from their nicknames, to X Games runs, their self created webisode series, “The B&E Show”, and even a movie, “The Education of Style”. Skiers are inspired by whatever Phil and Henrik create, which now includes this boot.

Best Boot I Have Ever Owned

      Best Uses

      • Downhill
      • Sidecountry

I'm 48, former freestyle touring competitor and powder and side country enthiast who still enjoys the bumps now and then. I have been skiing for 42 years and this is the best pair of boots I have ever had. I went into my local bootfitter to buy the Technica Cochise for the combination of fit and control for downhill and the light weight for skinning in rondonnee gear. I walked out, unexpectedly, with the Full Tilt B&E, easily the ugliest boot in the shop. I had the Intuition liner heat molded in the shop and the ankle pockets blown out a bit and they fit like a glove with moderate buckle tightness. Control is outstanding in all conditions and I get zero heel lift, shin bang, or toe bang. I now have 12 days on them this season in a variety of conditions, including a 5.5 hour skinning session, and the fit gets better and better. They are VERY light for a donwhill boot. I had the left top buckle replaced under warranty after a partial failure (all parts are individually available) and I tossed the ridiculous padded thing attached to the top buckles to make it look like an unlaced NBA shoe. They are extremely warm, and so comfortable that I routinely forget to unbuckle them in the lodge at lunch when my friends all have to take their boots off to let the circulation return. They are also easy to walk in when unbuckled due to the three-piece shell. Highly recommended.
