1. Who are you guys?

We’re boot fitters on a mission to keep the Original 3-Piece Boot Design, and still the best ski boot design on the planet alive and well for the good of the sport and skiers everywhere. Check OUR STORY!

2. My shop doesn't have what I want

Ask your shop to SPECIAL ORDER it from us. OR click “BUY NOW” link on the product pages and we’ll find a shop with it in stock and have them ship it to you.

3. Warranty policy?

Full Tilt warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. Contact your local FT dealer to discuss your options.

4. How do I warranty product?

- NEVER SEND PRODUCT BACK TO FULL TILT DIRECTLY
- You must contact the Full Tilt DEALER that you purchased it from, including online purchases.
- If you purchased with our BUY NOW button, you must contact the dealer that shipped you the product.
- If there are NO FULL TILT DEALERS near you or in your country then you will need to ship it back to the original shop you purchased it from.
Note: All shipping expenses are your responsibility and it’s helpful to have a copy of your sales receipt

5. How do I get sponsored?

We don’t pay skiers to ride our boots, even pros you see rocking our boots like Seth Morrison, Tom Wallisch, and dudes in the Olympics are on our boots simply because it gives them a performance advantage over people that ride conventional overlap boots or weak copies of our original 3-Piece designs.

Of course if you’re one of the hard working skiers at the pro level on podiums or star in pro ski films we may consider sending you a pair to give you the advantage needed to kick even more butt . Otherwise, we’re just a bunch of boot fitters that live and breathe boots that believe the most important place to put our money, is back into the product.

6. Free stickers?

Sure!
Just send us a standard size (no insane big envelopes), self addressed, stamped envelope and we’ll stuff it with stickers and mail it back to you. Mail to FULL TILT in your country Attention: FREE STICKERS PLEASE! Letters, ideas, entertaining pics is always appreciated by the sticker guy.

7. Are parts sold as pairs?

All tongues, liners, boot boards, upper cable inserts, forward lean inserts, power straps, and replacement heels are all sold as a pair for a pair of boots.
All buckles and cables are sold single with one per package. If you are in need of 2 you will need to order 2.

8. Can I use custom footbeds in FT boots?

You can use your own footbeds in Full Tilt boots if you heat mold the liners. This will allow the bottom of the liners to mold to the your footbeds.
Please have a professional boot fitter perform this for you. Make sure to heat the boots up before inserting the footbeds and molding the liners to your feet.
